Michael is responsible for ensuring compliance with all FINRA, SEC and MSRB guidelines as well as overseeing the continuing education program for all investment representatives. Mr. Keleher is also responsible for all SRO audits as well as monitoring of trading, advertising and all AML procedures.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law. He has been a member of the Massachusetts bar since 1995. Michael holds the following Securities licenses: Series 7, 24.
